Day 59: Plumbing

Day 59: Plumbing

We lost another day due to rain yesterday. I really cant complain though, we have lost less then a week total with the rain (or snow) we have gotten. Tommy, Mark and Steve are back with the equipment and about a billion feet of PVC! The water fall on top of the grotto is going to be plumbed with 2.5" PVC and will be on its own closed loop system powered by a Pentair VS+SVRS 0.5hp-3hp variable speed pump. There is another Pentair VS+SVRS running the filtration and the Fire-Bowl waterfalls (which shipped today). The filtration is going to be done by a Pentair 4000 DE filter. And the heater we went with was the Raypack 266k propane heater. Between the heater and the fire balls my propane company is going to love me. We went with a Jandy Aquapure Electronic Salt Water Chlorine Generator and a number of Jandy valves and valve actuators to work the fire water-bowls.

Pentair VS+SVRS pumps and a Polaris Booster Pump. I ordered the Polaris 380 to do the cleaning so I should be pretty set. As you can see from the photos I don't have many trees around me to worry about. My only concern is the cleaner getting stuck in between the bar stools. We will see.

Here is all the Jandy electric and data equipment. Do you see that beautiful little iAqualink controller on tops? I can't wait to get my hands on that!

This plumbing is going to the grotto and the fire-water bowls.

Sooooooooooo much plumbing!

These are a few of the rocks they pulled out while digging the trenches. Pretty insane!
